Wash 250 grams of Purple Brinjal in good water and remove the upper leaves. And cut it into 4 horizontal parts. Keep in mind that it does not break into pieces.

Now grind the groundnut and sesame seeds in the mixture. And mix all the stuffing ingredients.

Now fill the masala of the stuffing in the Brinjal.

Heat oil in a cooker, add rai, cumin and asafetida. Then add the stuffed brinjal and mix well with light hand. Now add the added masala of the stuffing and stir and add half a glass of water and close the cooker and after 3 whistles, switch off the flame.

So the savory stuffed brinjal is ready. Serve it hot with bajra rotala, jaggery and raita chilies.
