  1. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan and fry gram dal, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then add cumin seeds and whole coriander and fry till aromatic smell.
    After that add 4-5 whole red chillies and sweet neem and saute for 1 minute. Now take it off the gas and let it cool. When the mixture cools, take it in a mixing jar and add coconut powder and add 1/2 bowl of water to it and crush it to make a smooth paste.
     
  1. Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables. Stir well and add turmeric and salt to it and stir it for 1-2 minutes. Then add 2 bowls of water, put jaggery in it and cover the pan and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  1. When all the vegetables are cooked, add the prepared paste to it and stir until it is well mixed. And then add boiled toor dal to it and add tamarind paste.
    Now heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan. Add rai, cumin seeds, sweet neem leaves and 2 whole red chillies and saute the dal.
     
  1. Our temple like Sambar is ready!

    Garnish it with coriander and serve with your favorite dish. You can serve this with dosa, idli or appam.
    The test of this Sambhar is quite tempting.
