Carrot Paneer Kheer is a unique and delicious dessert that combines the natural sweetness of carrots with the creamy richness of paneer. This fusion treat is flavored with aromatic spices and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings in a healthy, indulgent way.
Heat ghee in a pan. Once it gets hot, fry the chopped dry fruits in it for 2-3 minutes. And add carrot to it and roast it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Now heat the milk in another pan. When the milk is heated, add crushed soap grains and keep stirring so that no lumps form. Boil for 2 minutes. Then add carrot and boil again for 2-3 minutes. After that add condensed milk and keep stirring.

Now turn the gas flame to medium and keep stirring and boil for 4-5 minutes. And add cardamom and stir well.
Chill and serve.
