Chocolate Ladoo Inside Sweetened Coconut is a delicious and indulgent treat that combines rich chocolate with the tropical sweetness of coconut. These bite-sized ladoos are coated in a layer of sweetened coconut, offering a perfect balance of creamy, chocolaty goodness and coconutty texture—ideal for any celebration or as a delightful everyday dessert.
Mix coconut powder, cardamom powder and milk maid well in a non-stick pan and keep stirring on low flame so that it does not stick. Once a nice texture is obtained, switch off the flame. It will take about 5-7 minutes.

Now make small balls of coconut. I have made a heart shape here. You can make it from a chocolate mold.

Now melt the chocolate in the oven for 1 minute. If you don't have an oven, you can melt using the double boiler method.
Now dip the coconut laddoos in melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper with the help of a spoon and garnish them with pistachios on top.
Dip each laddu in chocolate like this. And let it set in the freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy your sweet or chocolate cravings!
