Farali Pizza is a unique, fasting-friendly version of the classic pizza, made with nutritious ingredients like buckwheat flour and vegetables. It's a tasty, gluten-free option that satisfies pizza cravings while adhering to fasting or dietary restrictions. Perfect for special occasions like Navratri or any time you're looking for a healthier twist on pizza!
First of all take Rajgira flour, take a big pan, add rock salt in it.
Knead the soft dough and keep it aside for a few minutes, now cut the dough into 3 small parts, roll the dough and make round shaped bhakri.
Heat a non-stick tava and cook the paratha, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
Spread tomato ketchup on the Rajgara bhakhri. Sprinkle chili flakes over it. And place all the toppings as desired. Now grate the cheese over it. And bake in the oven for 1 minute. (Cheese melts in 1 minute in my oven. You can do it for 30 seconds more if you feel the need.)

So a tasty Farali pizza is ready.
