
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil heats up, add ginger and fry it. Then add all the chopped vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add pepper powder and salt to taste and stir well.
Now add water and cover the pan and let it boil for about 10 minutes.

Once the soup is boiled, take corn flour in a small bowl and add 1 tbsp of water and stir well so that there are no lumps in it and now slowly add corn flour slurry to the soup and keep stirring. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix with light hand.
