Methi Farsi Poori is a crispy, deep-fried Indian bread made from whole wheat flour and flavored with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi). This traditional Gujarati snack is aromatic, savory, and perfect for pairing with chutneys or curries.   1. Mix all purpose flour, semolina and add salt, turmeric, cumin, carom seed. Now add oil and ghee as required and mix well. A fistful of dough will be ready. Now add chopped fenugreek to it and mix it and pour water as needed and make a dough. And let it set for 20-25 minutes.

  1. Now divide the dough into medium size ball and make a thick roti like paratha. Now grease it with oil or ghee and sprinkle maida lightly. And roll it.

  1. Now cut the roll evenly and prepare small ball. And finish it by pressing a little with the help of the palm. Prepare all the balls like this.

  1. Now heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, fry all the puris on low medium heat.

  1. Methi Farasi or Khasta puri is ready! The best option to have puri with tea.
