Pulao is the best option if you are tired of eating dal and rice with vegetables and roti every day. Today I made white pulao by mixing few vegetables. Which is healthy as well as being different in the test.
Prepare all the ingredients for pulao. Now crush the green chillies, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pan. Once oil is hot, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. And mix all the vegetables. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add soaked rice to it and mix well. Add 2 cups of water, cover with a lid and let it boil on low flame.

When all the water is absorbed in the pulao, turn off the flame. It will take about 10-15 minutes.

Now mix chopped tomatoes and coriander in it. And serve garnished with some coriander.
