Khichdi is one such dish that is very good for health but at the lowest price of all in the test. Because less spices are used in it. Even in this, the mouth of small children gets spoiled after hearing the name of Khichdi. But today I made khichdi in paunbhaji flavor. So it is not only the best in the test but also healthy.
Heat oil and butter in a cooker, once the oil hot add asafoetida and cumin seeds. Saute the tomato gravy in it. Once the gravy is well fried, add turmeric, pavbhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Then mix all the vegetables in it.

Saute the vegetables for 2-3 minutes and add the dal-rice mixture and mix well. And add water as required. Bend the lid of the cooker and whistle 4-5 times.

Healthy and tasty pavbhaji khichdi is ready!
