Roast the peanuts in the oven for 1:30 minutes with 30 second breaks. And cool and remove the leaves. Roasting in the oven does not cause black spots on the peanuts and roasts in less time.

Roast the walnuts in the oven for 1-1:30 minutes so that they become crunchy. Chop 1/2 walnut out of it. Now crush the peanuts and walnuts. And preparing all the ingredients.

Now heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, fry the flour in it first. When the flour is roasted properly, mix ginger powder, peanut and walnut powder in it. And again fry for about 2 minutes.

Now take out the roasted mixture in a bowl and put 2 table spoon of ghee in the same pan and add jaggery to it. And melt it over low heat. If the jaggery remains for more than 1 minute, it will be ripe. So stir gently and dissolve. And turn off the gas flame and mix the roasted mixture properly.

Now pour the mixture in a plate greased with ghee and spread it evenly with the help of a bowl. And spread the chopped walnuts on it and again shake the bowl once and press it.

When the sukhdi cools down a bit, cut into it. and serve.
