Instructions
-
To make Manchurian balls, first mix grated cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum and all the other spices and flour in a big bowl so that it binds properly. There is no need to add water but if you feel the flour is a little loose then you can add flour or corn flour.
-
Heat oil in a pan. Now make small balls out of the prepared mixture and fry them when the oil is hot. Keep the gas flame medium then high. Fry the balls till they become golden crispy and keep stirring in between so that they don't get raw from any side.

-
Heat oil in a large pan. When the oil heats up, add green chillies and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Then add cabbage, carrot and capsicum and stir well. Gas flame should be kept high. Then add tomato, pepper, salt and all the sauces and keep stirring. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Now pour 2 glasses of water and make a thin slurry of corn flour in a bowl. Also add this slurry and keep stirring.

-
Boil for 2-3 minutes and add Manchurian balls and serve hot.
