Description

Raw mango is used more in heat as raw mango protects us from heat and we make it in many different ways. Today I have made raw mango chutney. Which goes very well with vegetable roti. Also its tangy sweet taste refreshes our daily meals.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into small square pieces. Now add half a glass of water in a pan and add a pinch of salt and turmeric. And boil for 5-7 minutes.

  1. Now heat oil in another pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seed, cumin and asafoetida. And add boiled mango slices along with water. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Add a little less salt because a pinch of salt is added even while boiling the mangoes.

  1. Add jaggery to it and mix well. and boil until jaggery melts.
  1. Tangy Raw Mango Chutney is ready. You can serve with hot Roti.
