Okra / Bhindi Kadhi (भिंडी कड़ी)

First of all wash bhindi and dry it. Now cut it into small round shape. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When it gets hot, add asafoetida and turmeric powder. now add bhindi and mix well. Now let it cook and stir gently in between so that it doesn't stick. When the bhindi get soft, add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well.

Now mix curd, gram flour, salt and water in another pan and rotate the grinder so that it is mixed properly.

Now heat oil in another pan. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed, cumin seeds, asafoetida, cloves, dry whole red chillies and curry leaves and pour in the curry mixture. Put the curry mixture on low hea. When it comes to a boil, add the bhindi and let it boil for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve it with Roti or Rice.
